Additional charges
Domestic shipping. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and VAT are prepaid by us (DDP), so there are no additional charges on delivery.
International shipping costs vary widely by country and region. Checkout shows 0 yen, but we will contact you after your order with the amount and may charge it separately. The sales contract is formed once you have agreed to that amount and we send you a shipment confirmation, so you may cancel your order if you do not agree to it.

Returns and exchanges
As each piece is a limited, made-to-order item cut individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Only in the case of a defect or damage in transit, please contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or a refund, and we will cover the return shipping.
Quantity and special conditions
Products are limited in number and delivered with an engraved serial number. Limited quantities and made-to-order conditions are shown on each product page.
