Each tamatebaco is a limited, made-to-order piece, cut individually by hand. Our returns and refunds are handled as follows.
As each piece is a limited, made-to-order item cut individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Thank you for your understanding.
If your item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, please contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos showing the condition. After checking, we will arrange an exchange or a refund; if a replacement is unavailable, we will refund you. We will cover the return shipping in this case.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. For international customers, refunds are based on the currency and amount charged at purchase; we are not responsible for differences due to exchange-rate changes. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received and checked.
As items are made to order, cancellation may not be possible once preparation for shipping has begun. Please contact us through the inquiry form as early as possible.
