As each piece is cut by hand to order, we ship within 30 days at most after your order and payment are confirmed. If delivery timing shifts, we will let you know through the inquiry form.
Orders are shipped by tracked, insured courier (DHL / FedEx and similar). We share the tracking number after dispatch.
The countries and regions we ship to are shown at checkout. Prices are shown in Japanese yen (JPY). Customs duties, import taxes and VAT / GST are prepaid by us (DDP), so no additional charges are collected on delivery. Please note that customs clearance may delay delivery, and we are not responsible for such delays.
We can only ship to the countries and regions shown at checkout. Anywhere not listed there is somewhere we cannot reach, whether for legal reasons or because of international circumstances.
Within Japan, shipping is a flat 870 yen, and free on orders of 7,700 yen or more including tax. Express delivery is 3,762 yen.
International shipping costs vary widely by country and region. Checkout shows 0 yen, but we will contact you after your order with the amount and may charge it separately. The sales contract is formed once you have agreed to that amount and we send you a shipment confirmation, so you may cancel your order if you do not agree to it.
